General Description

Fixed type Gas (hydrocarbons or other gasses) are used widely in factories, oil/gas fields, oil/gas refineries, storage terminals, bottling facilities, gas/petrol stations, restaurants, malls, housing communities etc. The need for Gas Leak Detection is to ensure safety of environment and reduce line losses.

TS Series

Industrial gas detectors that come with replaceable cartridge sensors (ATEX CERTIFIED FOR ZONE 1). The gas detectors in explosion-proof housing for use in potentially explosive atmospheres are Certificated CESI 03 ATEX 323 X extension n. 2.11 (31/04/2011) updating to EN60079-0: 2009 and EN60079-1: 2007 standards and characterized by the following Ex marking (Directive 9479/EC):

Achievable for Flammable gases, Toxic and Oxygen.
Can be equipped with sensible element: Catalytic, Pellistor, Electrochemical, Infrared.
Available with: 4-20mA output, 4-20mA output + 3 alarm relays + 1 fault relay (solid state).
Auto get zero drift.

SE Series

Catalytic sensor equipment with EXPLOSION-PROOF case. The article SE 193K only differs for its explosion-proof case certified by ATEX, which makes it fit for industrial installations where the area classification requires this type of cases. It can be equipped with an (optional) explosion-proof joint Article No. ZT163 required for the connection to the cable raceway. Such connection is made easier by coupling terminals.
It can be connected to central units: SE127K – SE128K – SE139K – SE184K – SE194K

Gama Series

GAMMA 652-O Natural Gas & LPG detector with acoustic alarm and output relay. The detectors GAMMA 652-O/M and GAMMA 652-O/G are gas detector of methane and LPG gas, that warns with an optical and acoustic signal, the presence of gas in the environment. They are planned to be functioning as detected gas with relay exit. The detectors series GAMMA are calibrated to detect gas up to 10% of the L.E.L. (Low Explosion Limit), this threshold can change in base of the environmental conditions but it will not get over during the first 4 years working, the 15% LEL, after that period the instrument have to be put out of order or re-send to Geca S.r.l. for a complete substitution of the device.

Beta Series

BETA SE315EC CO Leak Detector with replaceable sensor. BETA CO detectors warn the gas presence in the environment where they are installed with an optical and acoustic signal. They are equipped with an output relay for controlling a solenoid valve for intercepting gas. CO versions are calibrated to detect the following concentration: 50 ppm x 70 minutes / 100 ppm x 20 minutes / 300 ppm x 1 minute. This threshold is guaranteed for a maximum period of 5 years.
After that period, an optical signal warns to replace the sensor, simply by removing a front plate and using the sensors parts supplied in blister packs.
