In this type of conversion system, the LPG in the liquid state coming from the tank reaches the reducer-vaporizer through a solenoid valve which is only open when the engine is running. In the regulator the liquid LPG reduces its pressure and passes to the gaseous state by taking the heat required for the change of state, from a heat exchanger traversed by the cooling water of the engine.

The LPG in the gaseous state subsequently reaches the mixer that has the function of determining the gas flow in proportion to the engine requirement represented by the vacuum that is generated, by Venturi effect, in the mixer itself. This type of system is approved for installation on vehicles up to EURO

This version is based on the new ECU that is designed with the use of latest hardware technologies. Also its tuning software is completely new. The new Hardware / Software configuration allows a very refined calibration of the carburetion parameters.

Thanks to this principle of operation, the ECU Gas, allows the injection in the intake manifold, only the amount of gas, is strictly necessary to constitute the volume of the mixture intended for the individual cylinder. This, together with the location of connection of the injection immediately upstream of the intake valves, in fact prevents any accumulation of gas in the manifold avoiding any danger of explosion with consequent damage of the same.

This system ensures full compliance with the latest quality standards established by the international regulations UN ECE R67-01, R10-03 and anti-pollution directives up to EURO 6.
